Age Verification: c7bet may request proof of ID at any time to verify a member's age. Failure to pass age verification will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account. Protecting minors from gaming is our highest priority.

2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to participate on c7bet:

  • You must be a natural person — opening an account in the name of a corporate entity is not permitted.
  • Only one account per person is allowed.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. Before withdrawing, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once the period expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
  • Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active (unless specifically permitted).
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.
  • c7bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
  • Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

The c7bet VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher level depends on your regular participation and activity. VIP membership may be reviewed or revised at c7bet's discretion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If any bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection, c7bet will make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
  • Results displayed due to an error in the game software may not apply, and c7bet reserves the right to correct them.
  • Results of RNG (Random Number Generator) based games are automatic and impartial.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Special terms for cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events):

  • If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount will be refunded (unless specific conditions apply).
  • If evidence of match fixing or unusual circumstances is found, the related bet may be cancelled.
  • Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed apply.
  • Bets will be settled only after the official result is announced.

6.3 Fair Play

c7bet is committed to ensuring fair play. Every game is operated using independently audited RNG technology. All players have the opportunity to play in the same environment.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the c7bet platform:

  • Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or strategic methods.
  • Money Laundering: Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds from illegal sources.
  • Fraud: Using another person's identity, submitting forged documents, or payment fraud.
  • Software Hacking: Attempting to influence games or systems using bots, scripts, or unauthorized software.
  • Collaborative Cheating: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Chargeback Fraud: Wrongfully claiming chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
  • Underage Gaming: Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all deposited and won funds may be confiscated. c7bet reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

c7bet may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of terms and conditions

  • Failure to complete KYC verification
  • Failure to complete age verification
  • Legal or regulatory reasons
  • Indefinitely inactive account

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please settle all pending bets and withdraw any available balance.

Limitation of Liability

9.2 Maximum Liability Cap

In any circumstances, c7bet's maximum liability in relation to any specific dispute will be limited to the actual balance present in the relevant account at that time. c7bet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
